Siva Pola

Siva Pola, CEO of Cerebra Consulting founded the company in 2004 with focus on customers, employees and social responsibility. Siva firmly believes that happy employees delivers excellence to the customers. Siva practices entrepreneurship as a means to serve the community. Under his leadership Cerebra has grown tremendously and ranked in Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing private companies in the U.S. As CEO, Siva is responsible for strategic growth planning, business development and product development.

Siva has 22 years of experience in information technology and expertise in Oracle EBS Configurator, CPQ, Salesforce and Big Data. Siva’s professional philosophy is to maintain a hands-on approach to managing and delivering IT solutions. Siva delivered state of the art CTO solutions to clients Vertex, Scientific Games, NCR, DJO Global, Pella Corporation, ADP, SunGard, Media Copy, YSI and Clopay. Siva is a frequent speaker at multiple Oracle conferences and featured in CIO Applications, Inc 5000, Philadelphia 100. Prior to founding Cerebra, Siva worked for Omegacube Technologies, CapitalOne Financial Services, Integrated Systems Management and Electronics Corporation of India Ltd with increasing levels of responsibility.

Siva has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Systems Engineering from Andhra University College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam, India. Siva volunteers for Chester County Food Bank, United Way and passionate about running the nonprofit ‘SOFA’ which focuses on education, environment and poverty in India. He is an amateur historian, fitness enthusiast and likes traveling.

JAYARAM AMPOLU

Practice Lead - Oracle Technologies

Jayaram Ampolu

Jayaram has over 20+ years of experience in the software industry, in execution and delivery of projects onsite, offshore and of the hybrid type. His technology exposure ranges from Embedded system software to Application software; from Databases to Online services deployment.Jayaram holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Engineering, and a Masters in Business Administration (Finance) from Andhra University, India. He brings us with his rich experience of having worked with global software majors like Wipro, NCR, and StorageTek; and of dealing with the full cycle of software development that includes planning and execution, as well as in coordinating customer projects from onsite.

Jayaram serves as the point of contact for Infrastructure IT projects acting as an adviser on best practices, and in providing architectural oversight and account leadership for design and development of applications. His activities are focused on providing cross-functional services across the organization. He leads implementations, upgrades, and enhancements in IT projects of varying sizes and complexities, using scrum methodologies. As part of his technical leadership role, Jayaram provides guidance to stakeholders regarding the design of server applications, encompassing APIs and micro-services, containers, databases, and cloud infrastructure. He helps teams in defining project-level application architecture, developing proofs-of-concept and provide reference architectures and baseline implementations; as well as in driving buy vs. build evaluations.

Jayaram’s hobbies are not far from computing: Open Source and Online technologies are what he fiddles with when he is not at work. While away from computers, he prefers to spend his time with his family or in reading.As Oracle Practice Lead at Cerebra Consulting Inc., Jayaram’s primary focus is to ensure successful delivery of ERP projects, including planning, design, development, implementation. Jayaram also coordinates the Company’s operations in the Asia region.

PRASANTH KUMAR

VICE PRESIDENT

Prasanth Kumar

Cerebra’s Vice President of Operations, Prasanth Kumar is responsible for Cerebra’s three geographic operating regions: North America; Europe, and the Asia Pacific. He is also entrusted with leadership over Cerebra’s Global Sales, Organization, and Marketing team. As part of his role, Mr. Kumar is also responsible for the Brand Cerebra. He is passionate about optimizing every granular operation, combine them, and align with Cerebra’s vision. A sincere believer of Technology being the instrumental ordering of human experience within a logic of efficient means, and the direction of nature to use its powers for material gains.

Prasanth thrives on challenges. He says challenges allows me to dig deep into the details of the problems and provide solutions on administrative, business, and strategic levels. Prasanth says, “Cerebra has outstanding values, and we encourage people to do their best and make a difference by providing opportunities for everyone to learn and grow as leaders

Prasanth has held a variety of senior leadership positions in sales and retail, including Head of Marketing, Head of Operations (Europe). Prasanth’s other hobbies include Cooking. He’s also spent a significant amount of time engaged with non-profits organizations. Mr. Kumar received his M.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of East London, England, and his M.B.A from Andhra University (Information Technology), India.
